| Brian Stedge, 38, formerly of Waverly, passed away
unexpectedly Sunday, Nov. 9, 2008.
Born February 23, 1970 in Waverly NY, the son of Christine (COLEMAN) and George STEDGE.
His grandfathers, Richard COLEMAN and T. Benjamin STEDGE and his nephew, Gaige Robert MAMUEL, predeceased Brian.
Brian worked for Builders Restoration Tech in Sarasota, Fla. and was well known in the Valley for his excellent construction skills. Brian enjoyed golfing, Syracuse basketball, and was an avid NASCAR fan, especially of Dale Jr. (#88).
Brian is survived by his mother and father George and Christine STEDGE; his grandmothers, MaryLou COLEMAN and Freda STEDGE all of Waverly; his children, son, Austyn Thomas STEDGE, of Sayre, Pa., his daughters, McKenzie Leigh (DAHL) STEDGE and Bailey Christine (DAHL) STEDGE, both of Fort Morgan, Colo.; his sister Colleen (Robert) MANUEL of Waverly; his half brother, Wayne GORDON of Binghamton, N.Y.; and half sister Sue Ellen (Howard) MOSHER, of N.C. His special niece and nephew Kiana and Dalton MANUEL, special cousins Brittany, Cole, and Brianna FRISBIE of Fort Morgan Colo. as well as many other nieces, nephews and cousins also survive him.
Also surviving Brain are his companion Janelle HUNT and her daughter Allyson.
Funeral services will be held Friday, Nov. 14 at the Luckner Funeral Home 449 Park Ave., Waverly, N.Y. at 11 a.m. with Pastor Cynthia Huling Hummel of Waverly First Presbyterian Church officiating.
Friends are invited to call at the funeral home Friday morning from 10 a.m. until time of the service.
